4-5 years after nose surgery

I think it’s been 4-5 years since my nose surgery This was my second time At some point, it had become like that. But since I had revision surgery too, and I thought even people who haven’t had surgery could be like that to some extent, I just let it pass, but starting today, the right tip area of my nose (the direction the nasal tip is bent toward) feels itchy, and if I touch it, it swells and stings a little too. The inside of my nose on the side it’s bent toward is a bit protruded I don’t think it was like that at first but as I lived with it, it seems to have gradually become like that. If possible, if it doesn’t show at a glance, I just want to live with it, but I’m wondering if there is inflammation inside.. or if it’s just passing pain Can I just leave it alone... Why is this happening. I suddenly got scared, so I’m posting Why is this happening?? Why is my nose bent? Is this a C-shaped deviation? Are there people like this even among those who haven’t had surgery?? I hope it’s just passing pain.. I had it done with ear cartilage + silicone.
