This would be my third surgery. For my last surgery, donated costal cartilage was used, and I heard that if I want revision rhinoplasty, using autologous costal cartilage would probably be better, so I’m considering autologous costal cartilage. I’m planning to treat the scar separately after surgery. Which clinics do people go to a lot for revision rhinoplasty? I just want it to look a bit slimmer from the front, but it just feels like a high bulbous nose.. Maybe because I previously had it done without an implant.. This time I just want to use silicone and costal cartilage, make it properly, and be done with it. Are Lowell and VN okay for revision rhinoplasty too? I really don’t want alar reduction, so please recommend places that are good at correcting the front view
