I know these three places are good for nose implant removal and reconstruction: ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅍㄹㅁ, but I can’t figure out where ㅅㅇ is.. I’m asking because I want to remove my nasal silicone implant and have reconstruction again
