A sad review 4 years after cheekbone + square jaw + chin tip surgery

It has been over 4 years since my surgery. Originally, my chin tip was developed, and only one side of my chin tip was especially developed, so I went because of chin tip asymmetry, but they recommended overall facial contouring. I was swayed by sweet words and did not properly look into it or hear detailed surgical methods or possible side effects from the doctor. I barely had a few words of consultation with the director, came out, ended up scheduling surgery in a daze, and had the operation. I had it done at a famous clinic in Gangnam called ㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery.. The result is bleak. I went because of chin tip asymmetry, but they only narrowed the width of the chin tip with a T-osteotomy, making the asymmetry stand out more. The square jaw was barely shaved, and the cheekbones seem to have been reduced properly, but my cheeks sagged. Most of all, because the main goal, the chin tip asymmetry, was not resolved, I went and talked to them, and they did a revision surgery 1 month later.. But saying they would correct the chin tip asymmetry, they exposed the entire chin tip and shaved it all around. I did not know even then, but they say that if all the soft tissue of the chin tip is exposed, the remaining soft tissue of the chin tip sags downward after surgery due to gravity. I do not know how they sutured it after surgery, but it sagged even more than typical sagging. This is not a bone problem but a problem with the soft tissue after circumferential shaving of the chin tip, so clinics these days that mainly do osteotomies such as T-osteotomy or Y-osteotomy could not give me an answer. My chin tip has an unnaturally sagging shape, and I am just living without any real solution, but it is very hard. Even in social life, I feel burdened when someone looks at me. Since it is a side effect that occurred after circumferential shaving, I am looking to see whether I can find a solution at another clinic that is good at circumferential shaving, but these days clinics that do circumferential shaving are not common, and even if there are some, it is really hard to know whether I can truly trust them
