I often saw people saying the counseling manager was not good, but did they change? For me, it was fine and good! There was no pressure to book surgery on the same day or pay a deposit, and they just clearly told me the discounted price. The director who examined my eyes also explained things well and was good. They did recommend ptosis correction, but they didn’t say I absolutely had to do it and left it as my choice. I have some distrust toward the recommendation of ptosis correction itself, so that part felt a bit ambiguous... The rest of the consultation was all good. I was almost leaning toward this place, but after reading consultations and surgery reviews in this community, I decided to shop around a bit more.
