I had the splint removed yesterday, and seeing it was fascinating I suddenly have a nasal bridge that I never had before. I had surgery for deviated septum and inferior turbinate resection together, so the surgery took 4 hours. Thanks to that, while correcting the septum, they used septal cartilage as material, and I had silicone for the nasal bridge. Two days later, even after removing the gauze, I had so much nasal discharge that I breathed only through my mouth all week. I also bled for 5 days Still, fortunately, swelling tends to go down well for my body type, so now I just need the bruising to go away. I hope time passes quickly and everything settles. The nasal tip is blunter than I expected, but it will settle, right??. Also, I don’t know how I should wash my face. Do I have to touch my nose?
