The director had a firm opinion, looked inside my nose, and gave a surgical estimate. The director was thinking more about revision surgery than just removal. The price was a bit high, and he seemed a little bothered, but he answered all my questions. The nasal bridge would use donated dermis, and the other areas would use autologous costal cartilage. But since it is a major surgery, I am thinking about it a lot.
