Hello, 5 years ago I had surgery on my nasal tip using septal cartilage. I’m satisfied with both the shape and height, but.. the hardness.. I really hate it.. It also seems to get worse when it’s cold. Before surgery, the doctor didn’t tell me it would become hard.. I only found out 2 weeks after surgery. If you’re considering rhinoplasty, please make sure to ask your doctor before proceeding.. But if the hard feeling doesn’t bother you, I recommend it. The shape and height have stayed the same as 5 years ago!
