Day 19 after open rhinoplasty, I had a gut feeling that my nose was ruined, so at another place I just asked them to raise my original nose a little bit from how it originally was (I got early correction) But this time it became too straight, so the director said he would make it into a semi-ski-slope shape through a closed approach, so after 2 weeks I got correction again.. They made an incision in my right nostril for it but the nostril shape is weird... Can you see the arrow toward the top of the right nostril? That flesh feels like it's sagging?? It was originally asymmetrical, but it wasn't that bad... What do you think? Is it scar tissue
