Sex: Male Birth year: 1981 Occupation: Rental business Plastic surgery history: Ptosis Height: 176 Weight: 67 Blood type: B
In October 2014, I suddenly developed hereditary hair loss plus acute hair loss caused by stress, and I was losing 100 hairs a day. I thought it was probably because my weight had gone over 80 kg, so I went on a diet, lost 15 kg in a year, and now I’m back to normal. But I still religiously take 10 pills a day of things said to be good for hair loss, vitamins, and so on.
When the hair loss started, maybe because I had gained weight, aging came on quickly and my eyelids started sagging badly too. I was already always told I looked sleepy, my field of vision was narrow so I developed astigmatism, and I kept getting caught on things while walking and falling, and it was normal for my arms and legs to get injured on something.
So while treating the hair loss, I had ptosis surgery in December. I originally had the surgery because my ptosis was severe. But I ended up with asymmetrical eyes. As you can tell from the fact that only my right eyebrow was already raised more, I had been in a lot of fights, so the muscles around my right eye were badly damaged, which is why I ended up with asymmetrical eyes.
In the end, after the ptosis surgery, my inner double eyelid became an outer double eyelid, and the double eyelid became too thick and sausage-like, so people tease me and ask if I got double eyelid surgery, and I get teased for looking feminine and being made to look like a woman.
It’s been almost 2 years since the surgery. At first the right eye became a double double eyelid, then it became sausage-like, and now the double eyelid is starting to droop. On top of that, the inner double eyelid of my left eye seems to have loosened and drooped too, so it looks very obviously surgical.
The skin around both eyes is also sagging because after the ptosis surgery, when fat was removed, space was left behind, and the skin seems to be drooping so the eye area is sagging.
Before the surgery, I only looked at the functional side and had the operation just to fix the ptosis. But after surgery, what do you know. The function was restored, but I ended up with a feminine, rounded eye shape, so I’m actually under more mental stress than before the surgery.
Whenever I’m standing in front of a traffic light, or anywhere I go, if someone sees just me, whether they know me or not, men say things like this.
When there are two of us, they don’t say much, but when I’m alone, they always say I look like a woman, ask if I think I’m a celebrity, say I look like I had plastic surgery. Do I really need cosmetic surgery as a man? Wow, pretty, did you even lose your dick? You’re young but only into shallow style. You seem gay. It’s annoying. F**k.
Men openly curse at me like the above.
There have been many times when I went out drinking and heard things like that from the next table, and it almost started a fight. This is so uncomfortable I can’t live like this. Even on the bus or subway, it feels like only my story is being heard. You look like a foreigner. Are you a man or a woman? It’s hard for a man to end up looking this much like a woman.
At this rate I feel like I’m going to develop a serious neurosis. Because of this, I’m gradually distancing myself from people, and the time I go outside is getting shorter too. My friends just say, enjoy the attention. They’re jealous. Those guys are too broke to even get ptosis surgery.
But women like it, right?
Yes.. I even ended up with 4 stalkers. They camp out in front of my house every day. Two high school girls, two middle-aged women. The two middle-aged women even came all the way to my front door and knocked, it was creepy, so I bought a newly built villa with a security camera at the main entrance and a double locking system and moved there, but somehow word got around and they still come looking for me.
I’m completely losing my mind..-- I heard that even if you report a stalker, it’s only a 100,000 won minor offense, and I’m afraid if I report it the rumors will spread even more. Am I being too sensitive? When other people talk about other people, am I just mistakenly thinking they’re talking about me?
If one or two people were saying those things, then those people would be the problem. But if it’s reached the point where I even have stalkers, then this is my problem. I don’t go to work, I don’t have social life, I only occasionally go out to eat and go to the gym, so if it’s like this, normal social life is probably impossible, right?
Could this also be a kind of cosmetic surgery failure? A man should look masculine, but I ended up with a woman’s eye shape and drew attention because of it. T_T
If anyone knows a hospital where a revision surgery is possible, please recommend one. T_T If it fails even more here and I become even more feminine, I really might go crazy from the stress.
I had the surgery on Christmas in 2014, so it’s been 1 year and 8 months now. Please have mercy. Bowing deeply. (__)
