I had silicone 3 mm and used the septum, and it's been a week. Right now I'm taking injections and medicine because of an early inflammation at the tip of my nose. If the inflammation is controlled well now, won't it come back? When will the nasal congestion and runny nose improve? I'm really torn between removing it early or watching and waiting longer. If it's removed, they say the nose will collapse. Is that true?
