I went in only for alar reduction, but ended up also getting columella grafting (ear cartilage), and personally I am really satisfied. The doctor and the consultation manager were both kind, listened to everything I said, and sympathized with me, which I appreciated. The incision scar is neat, and because it was done under local anesthesia, being awake during the procedure was very hard, but I could feel that they were doing the surgery as quickly and cleanly as possible.
