I had always been concerned about my nostril wings, and people around me tried to stop me, asking why I would do it, but since self-satisfaction matters most, I looked into clinics for nostril wing reduction. There was already a clinic where I had paid a reservation deposit, but I happened to find out about this clinic, and during the consultation, the consultant told me what kind of nose surgery would suit me. Since this was my first surgery ever, they explained everything kindly and well! I absolutely wanted a natural look, and I hated the idea of looking like my nose had been pinched with a clothespin after nostril wing reduction, so they explained that part too. However, they said asymmetry could not be corrected with reduction surgery alone, but everyone has some asymmetry anyway! I was taken aback because the surgery cost was higher than I expected compared with other clinics, but since I was going to do it anyway, I decided to have the surgery thinking I should do it safely and naturally!
Right now, it has been about 3 and a half months since the surgery!
1 month after surgery: Right after surgery, I had stitches and was told to be careful for a week, and I also had to apply the ointment well. Even after the stitches were removed, I was careful for 2 weeks! By the 1-month mark, it felt a bit more comfortable, but it hurt slightly when I opened my mouth or yawned. Still, compared with immediately after surgery, the swelling had gone down, it looked fairly natural, and it could be covered with makeup too!
3 months after surgery: Now that 3 months have passed, I can move freely. There is still a slight scar, but it can be covered completely enough with makeup, and as the swelling has gone down more, it looks even more natural, so it doesn’t look at all like I had surgery! They said I should watch it until 6 months, so at this point it looks natural and good!
