Where Is Better for Revision Surgery for Asymmetry?

I only visited two places: my original hospital (1) and another hospital (2). I originally had natural adhesion + eyelid correction, and by my standards the right eye sat a bit higher, so I wanted to lower it. Both places recommended loosening only the right eye’s existing sutures and lowering the line. At the original hospital, they said my eye-opening strength was sufficient (the amount of iris showing was also similar), so they could just remove the sutures and lower the line.
