I had rhinoplasty along with surgery for rhinitis, sinusitis, and a deviated septum. I was told the cosmetic surgery included surgery to raise the nasal bridge, surgery to lengthen a short nose, and surgery to define the nasal tip. It has been 2 weeks, and the nasal alae have become very large, so it looks more awkward than in the photo. My ideal nose has small nasal alae and a pointed shape, so I’m hoping it will become like that once all the swelling goes down.
