3 years ago, I got jaw Botox and contouring injections, but I didn’t feel much of a difference.
Then I got the urge to get injections again(?) and looked into it, then booked a package that bundled several kinds of injections and went in.
But during the consultation, when I said specifically that I wanted to reduce cheek fat, they recommended V-line injections.
I went in not knowing what V-line injections were, so I was sitting there like?? and they explained that it was twice? three times? the contouring injection. (Even thinking about it now, I’m not exactly sure, but maybe the ingredient amount? concentration? is stronger than contouring injections..? If anyone knows exactly, please tell me)
I had already told them in advance that contouring injections didn’t work for me, but they said this one was definitely stronger. So after thinking about it, I decided on the spot to get it lol
They also asked whether I wanted jaw Botox together, but since I had a history of it not working before, I just said I wouldn’t do it.
But wow, when I got injections before, I thought they were really nothing, but this one seriously hurt
And they injected about 13 times per side Still, it was... bearable...
A few weeks passed after that, and I was living disappointed by how ineffective the after look seemed.. While complaining to an older friend I know that there really was no effect and touching my cheek fat, I was like????? Ah, something definitely felt different
My flesh is on the thicker side, so originally when I grabbed my cheek fat, it felt like I could grab a thick chunk, but there wasn’t as much cheek fat to grab as before. I was flustered right there too Ah, I realized that it does have an effect of reducing cheek fat
I was dissatisfied with my facial contour line, and honestly speaking, there isn’t a dramatic difference in the line. But the cheek fat really did go down. Wow, after carrying this around for 2n years, now that it’s reduced.. it feels kind of empty but also... (?)
Anyway, they said the effect is good if you get it twice, but I’m posting a review after getting it once and stopping
