I had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Jamsil through an acquaintance's recommendation, using only silicone. They did not touch the cartilage at all, and they used L-shaped silicone. It is hard to find places that use L-shaped silicone these days, haha. Compared to before surgery, I do think it became much prettier, but my skin is also on the thin side, so even when it gets just a little hot or cold, the nasal bridge and nasal tip get very red I had it done without knowing anything, so I am not fully satisfied and am looking into revision surgery. For rhinoplasty, I really recommend researching thoroughly and visiting clinics in person before deciding.
