I got breast surgery this time, and I think I did soooo well When I went for the consultation, my breasts were so small that I was worried there might not be enough space for implants... But the implants went in well, with nothing to worry about. Because of my job, it would be awkward if scars were noticeable, and they said I also had a defined inframammary fold, so I had the surgery through an inframammary incision, and I used Motiva implants. I got 315 on the right and 355 on the left, and I like both the shape and size now lol Since I work as a trainer, there’s no one around me who hasn’t had breast surgery, so I really, really wanted to do it too, but since it’s surgery, I had a lot to think about Still, after getting it done, I’m so happy lol I want to scold myself for wondering why I hesitated... Since I couldn’t take a long break from work, the recovery period was important too. It was hard right after surgery, but after about 3-4 days, it was okay. Maybe that’s because the clinic also took good care of me hahaha?? Of course, they said exercises that use the chest muscles are possible only after 3 months, so I’m being careful in many ways~
