It feels like my nasal tip is gradually turning upward.. Please see if it’s an upturned nose.

Before my nose surgery, my nose was just low, round, and had a bit of flesh around the alar area, and it wasn’t a nose where the nostrils were visible.. My first nose surgery failed, so I had revision surgery after about a year and a half, and that revision also went wrong, so I had another revision after 2 weeks.. The director said that because of my nose and skin type, my nose gets pulled to both sides when I smile, so he couldn’t make it high. I wasn’t that greedy about height anyway.. I got the nose surgery because I had almost no radix/glabella height. But even now, the bridge between my eyes is barely there.. I have to contour with shading every time I do makeup From the first surgery, I asked not for a semi-ski-slope nose or anything like that, but just for a sharp, slightly straight nose, but maybe it’s the limit of my bone structure.. At the place where I had my first surgery, they used my septal cartilage in a strange way, and during the revision they said they left it as it was, maybe because removing and redoing that septal cartilage was difficult. So in the end, it’s silicone on the nasal dorsum + septal cartilage at the nasal tip, but my nasal tip is extremely hard and turned upward. Maybe the septal cartilage from the first surgery is positioned incorrectly.. Has it been 7 years since surgery.. For the past few years, it feels like my nasal tip has been gradually turning upward. Seeing my nostrils is so stressful Especially when someone else takes a picture of me, my nostrils always look like a pig nose.. The nasal tip is lifted, both alae are lower, and the central columella is recessed.. After the revision, I didn’t have anything like an inflammatory reaction. As my nose gradually gets shorter (my nose is a bit small relative to my face), my philtrum looks longer too. About a year ago, I went to see the director, and he said it was still okay, that it only looked that way because of the nostril shape, and told me not to worry too much.;; People around me say that natural is better and that it’s fine, asking what if I get another revision and something goes wrong, but I feel like they’re saying that because they’re afraid I’ll get hurt I’m honestly very worried about getting another revision and still don’t have any plan.. but I want to know whether my nose looks very severe to other people.
