But what all the rhinoplasty hospitals said was that my alae weren't actually that large, and if the nasal tip was raised, the alae would look that much smaller. But getting rhinoplasty just for that felt like a bit too much, so I wasn't doing it, then my friend said they had functional rhinoplasty. They said it's doing the nose while having rhinitis surgery, and it was really fascinating. (I happened to have rhinitis too.) Opening the nose and having surgery just to do only the nasal tip felt burdensome, but if I was going to have rhinitis surgery anyway and could also do the nasal tip, isn't that an amazing deal?
