In December 2023, I had surgery without implants (septal cartilage + ear cartilage), had my hump reduced, deviated nose corrected, and nasal tip raised. My facial features and face shape are all round, so only my nose is pointy, which looks so unnatural and doesn't suit me I wanted it natural, so I told them that, but they said the cartilage would be absorbed and become lower, so let's make it just a little higher, but it ended up higher and pointier than the design Is revision surgery possible even for nose surgery without implants? I want to lower the nasal tip height a little and make it rounder.
