My eye area is also very narrow, so I wanted the nasal starting point to be lower Anyway, that’s why I ended up having revision surgery I went to three more clinics for revision surgery, but the cost was too high The original clinic also said they would do it if I paid an additional fee (I thought during the AS period I would only have to pay the anesthesia fee, but that wasn’t the case) So I just paid the additional fee and had revision surgery Until right before surgery, I kept debating whether to do it or not, and I was so stressed I was losing weight So I went back to the original clinic for consultations maybe two more times We had planned to lower the bridge silicone from 3.5 to 2~2.5 mm and use ear cartilage (they said the donated costal cartilage was sturdy, so they would leave what was already used as is) In the end, I had it done at the original clinic, and after surgery, they said the director had gone into another operation, so I couldn’t even see him before leaving The next day, when I went to have the cotton removed from inside my nose, I asked, and they said they had put in 1.5 mm silicone… On the day of surgery, there was no talk about silicone because we had already discussed it during the previous consultation So my nose? The bridge is basically gone And the nasal tip has become really long. I don’t know if it’s swelling or not, but when I touch the tip, I can feel something like cartilage. I hoped it was swelling, but I don’t think it is I didn’t want my nose to become bigger; I just wanted a small nose that was slim and not angular Now it’s almost like my nasal tip has been pulled straight out Compared to my previous nose, the bridge is much lower and the tip is much longer… The tip used to be round, but this time they made it completely pointy I hate this the most. Seriously, even during my first surgery, I asked them not to make it a pointy nose.. The shape is really strange. Like a witch nose?
