Can you look over my under-eye fat repositioning consultation?

This is my first time getting any plastic surgery, so I’m choosing carefully. I liked the consultation, but the high price and the very long surgery time are making me hesitate a bit... If anyone had under-eye fat repositioning over a year ago, please help me judge whether this seems like a decent clinic! Clinic name: private eye-specialty clinic in Apgujeong Surgery time: 2 hours Surgery price: 3.2 million KRW (omg) Surgical method: fat repositioning (+dura mater reinforcement?) They don’t do ads or events, and most people go there only through referrals from acquaintances. The director is extremely naturalistic and tends to send people away if they don’t need surgery. I also had consultations for double eyelid surgery and canthoplasty, but he said absolutely not to touch my eyes as they are now and to just do the repositioning.. haha The reason the surgery takes as long as 2 hours is that under-eye fat repositioning is the most difficult surgery and there is a lot to work on, so he said this is the standard. The under-eye tissue is a really thin area, so the fat has to be spread precisely, and later the eye muscle needs to be re-suspended, so he said it’s natural that it takes a long time. He said surgeries that finish in 30 minutes just spread it out and eventually the hollowing comes back... He said people take it for granted that under-eye fat repositioning requires revision surgery, but if it’s done properly, there’s no reason to need a revision, and he really emphasized the muscle-suspension work. He also said fat removal and fat grafting are surgeries that absolutely should not be done, and that many people regret them, so he told me never to do them anywhere else either. He explained things in detail and seemed clearly specialized in eyes, so I trust him, but what worries me most is that I’ve also heard long surgery times are bad, and the price is twice the average... haha
