I went to more than 5 places for in-person consultations, but they said the reason fat grafting above the eyes absorbs well and becomes sunken is because the fat is grafted from the navel area. At Machimpyo, they said they graft from the deep cheek or under the eyes. It was a surgical technique I’d never heard of before, but since the specialist said so, I just thought, I see. They didn’t seem to be overtreating. The director was kind, and although they looked busy, they didn’t get annoyed at my questions, so I felt relieved
