I had a face that was overall very uneven, with a wide square jaw and protruding cheekbones. It didn't look pretty from any angle, so I looked into facial contouring surgery and had the surgery! What I wanted during the consultation was a face shape where the chin tip wasn't long? I said I preferred a slightly shorter-looking face shape, and among the places I consulted, ㄴㅌ did not recommend a chin-tip osteotomy, and suggested doing it pinless, so I had the surgery and I'm satisfied haha Before the consultation, I thought I absolutely had to have an osteotomy for the chin to become shorter and slimmer, but after actually getting consultations, it seems that isn't necessarily true~! I'm now at week 2, and compared with the beginning, I'm in a much better state now! Sensation is also gradually coming back, and opening my mouth is still difficult. They say this takes time, but from next week I should still be able to eat foods to some extent, so I'm waiting for that. The swelling also isn't as much as I thought, so even taking into account that it's only week 2, I feel like my face is much slimmer than before, so I'm satisfied! They say facial contouring needs to be looked at over the long term, but so far the surgery went well and the results are good, so I feel happy!
