I gained a chin through genioplasty advancement, but.. after long deliberation because of insufficient mandibular body volume and facial fat that had sunken a lot from orthodontic treatment, I got fat grafting! I did the marionette area (side jaw) and lateral cheeks, and especially because the left side was very hollow, I put in a lot on the left and a little on the right I got it done today, and there isn’t much swelling. It feels like after having a wisdom tooth removed? Numb and throbbing, but I think the pain is manageable I’m satisfied because it seems like my facial line has been cleaned up... As time passes, I’ll post a review about the survival rate!
