I had double-chin liposuction (with tightening) and stage 1 bullfrog-neck surgery! It’s only week one and already this much has gone down... I’m just regretting why I only did it now lol;;;; There was some swelling for a week, but it still wasn’t unmanageable, and as long as I was careful only about things like opening my mouth wide when eating or suddenly tilting my neck back, it doesn’t seem that difficult! I debated until the end whether to do bullfrog neck together, but unlike other hospitals, they did an ultrasound and told me in advance all the millimeters of fat inside and outside the muscle. They said people with a chin like mine often remove only the superficial fat elsewhere, feel disappointed, and come back again for revision surgery. They showed me photos, and even to my eyes, I could see the fat packed all the way inside the muscle, so I think it was good that I followed Director Kim Su-hwan’s recommendation and did liposuction with tightening + thread fixation, and removed all the deep fat through stage 1 bullfrog-neck surgery. Very satisfied I heard that for liposuction clinics, you should find a place that’s good at each specific area, and I think that’s true! If you’re considering facial liposuction, go for it. I genuinely strongly recommend it. The pain is also tolerable, and it’s the first time in my life that it doesn’t fold even when I lower my neck, so it feels like a whole new world!!
