I worried about it a lot before getting the surgery, and of course, since it’s a surgery that shaves bone, it hurt on the day But from day 3, there was no pain at all, and as each day passed, I could feel my face getting slimmer. It has only been two weeks, so there is still some swelling, and the square jaw area is still tight and swollen, but the cheekbones already seem visibly reduced. The pain on the day was so intense that I don’t think I’d readily recommend it, but if you’re really concerned about your face shape and are prepared for it, I recommend it.
