I had surgery with silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
Now, 7 years later, the skin on my nasal bridge has become very thin, so there is a see-through effect. The nasal tip still has the spread-out shape as well. There are no functional problems, but it doesn't look pretty, so I'm considering revision surgery.
These days, it seems many people use autologous dermis for the nasal bridge, but I'm worried because I have also heard that the absorption rate becomes high over time. After going to consultations, I heard they may also wrap silicone with fascia or autologous dermis. I would appreciate advice from those who have had the surgery.
