I live in Incheon, and I did not feel confident about going all the way to Seoul for aftercare, so I looked into 3 places in Incheon and 2 in Seoul. Incheon ㅇㄱㅇ(Director ㅈㅇㅅ) It was my first consultation, so I had no idea what I should ask and had the consultation like that. When I said I did not want to use silicone, they recommended autologous dermis. But they said autologous dermis could make the line slightly less smooth because of absorption. For the nasal tip, they said septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be used, and if the septal cartilage is small, donated costal cartilage could be used. The director was kind and waited, telling me to ask if I had any questions. Had a CT scan. ㅇㄹㅌ(I cannot remember the director’s name) First, the cost was a bit expensive, and the director looked tired. And for the nasal bridge, they mentioned silicone or ear cartilage, but how should I put it, I guess I just was not drawn to it, so my memory is gone. I think they said they would crush cartilage and make it into a silicone-like shape, then insert it into the nasal bridge. But the consultant here was not great. When explaining the cost, usually they talk about the materials and explain the price in detail, but here they only talked about a total package cost? Something like that. No CT scan. ㅌㅇㅇ(Director ㅇㅌㅇ) I did not see the director’s face... This was the biggest shock that was not quite a shock... I only had the consultation with the consultant.. What my skin quality is like... what materials would be used and what kind of nose I want... and so on.. Only with the consultant.. I had the consultation. The cost was not very different from other places, but it was shocking that I did not consult with the director. There was no consultation fee though... The director looked at photos and talked while checking things like deviation inside the nose and the size of the septal cartilage. I said I did not want silicone, but.. if the foreign material from the previous thread lift in my nose is removed, my nasal bridge would become lower than the existing bridge, and even now my bridge is on the low side, so they said I need silicone.. I understood.. But.. I am really afraid of silicone.. For the nose shape, they also said to adjust the nasolabial angle, and since my nose itself is very short, to adjust the length too. They explained the nasal tip shape itself with drawings, and I really liked it.. If it were not for silicone, I probably would have chosen this place... And the consultant asked if I had a photo of a celebrity nose I wanted, so I showed it, and said it would be good to show it to the director during consultation too. While talking, I said I would show the photo, and the director did ask to see it, but then added, 'Well, it is a celebrity everyone knows anyway...' I could have just let it pass, but maybe because I had already strongly felt that they seemed annoyed earlier, it bothered me a bit. Still, it is good that they can raise the nasal bridge and nasal tip with ear cartilage. But I.. somehow am not drawn to this place. And they talked a lot about things that other places did not mention. That may be that doctor’s preferred aesthetic, but that part also felt a bit off. Even in other places, every place said my nasal bone structure itself was not that thick, but only here said my nasal bones were thick and mentioned osteotomy. Of course, the intent may have been that while doing osteotomy, correcting the slight internal deviation would be good, but this was the first place that said my nasal bones were thick. Had a CT scan. Because of all this.. I still cannot choose a hospital
