My first nose surgery focused mainly on correcting a hump nose, but the correction didn’t turn out well, and it didn’t look like I’d had surgery, so I decided to get revision surgery. The unimproved nasal bridge + the nasal tip looking bulky from the front were also complexes of mine, so this time, when viewed from the front and side, I decided to have surgery with lateral osteotomy so that the nasal tip could look slim and connect naturally, and I also had the hump removed! I raised the nasal bridge with silicone and lifted the nasal tip with ear cartilage. In order, these are weeks 3, 4, and 8 after surgery. How is it? Doesn’t it look like the bulky feeling is completely gone? The hospital also provided really thorough aftercare, so the swelling went down very quickly, and thanks to that, it didn’t interfere with my daily life. Now even the minor swelling is all gone, and the columellar incision scar is gradually fading, so at a glance it just looks like my own nose lol It came out exactly as the natural and defined nose I wanted, so I’m satisfied Seriously, every time I go somewhere, I keep taking selfies until my phone battery dies, and people around me also compliment me, saying my nose surgery went well this time, so I feel good... haha I’m so happy that I got a natural yet defined nose too If more time passes from here, the movement of my nose will become really natural too, right? I’m excited
