성수지 I’m also in my 20s and I had under-eye fat repositioning. I actually heard at a clinic that under-eye fat repositioning tends to work better the younger you are. The slight hollowing you feel you have might also be better treated by repositioning the fat itself rather than grafting fat. They say this has good longevity
