I had side cheekbone reduction and square jaw surgery.. At first it really turned out well.. but as expected, sagging couldn’t be avoided Still, I was fine without sagging for a little over 2 years. At some point, the sagging came on all at once. I think it’s better not to touch the cheekbones if possible If you touch the cheekbones, they really sag strangely later on
