It's been 5 years since I had the surgery with the buried suture method. Even when I first got it done, I liked a slightly thick?? line, so I made it on the thicker side for buried sutures.. But as expected, over time my eyelids drooped and the swelling went down, so it became really thin I like a glamorous, large double eyelid, so I'm planning revision surgery... My eyes now aren't bad, but as I get older, I think my eyelid skin will sag even more anyway If you like large double eyelids, I think it may be okay to research carefully from the start and set the line a little over what you want
