I had it done without implants, but after shaving down the hump and only building it up without implants, my nose completely changed into a curved shape, and only the nasal tip sticks out, so the whole balance looks off.. I really hope you find a doctor with aesthetic sense who knows these things in advance.. I seriously want to die. The nasal bridge looks strange, and the nostril wings look strange too
