I did it without getting a consultation, but unlike the ads, the nasal tip barely showed any difference. Only the nasal bridge stood out a bit, like I had gotten filler there. Still, I don’t think it hurt much. I don’t remember the location or the price. I just thought it would all be the same and went to the cheapest place and got it done.
