It’s been a year since I had it done, and it was a revision surgery. Before the revision, I chose a place just based on the price, and it really went badly lol; I had the buried-suture method. First, they said my eyes couldn’t have a high line, so I accepted that and said, “Please make it as high as possible,” but it was set just slightly higher than an inner double eyelid. Up to that point, it looked natural, so I liked it, but the line became interrupted and eventually both sides came undone, so I just paid more and had it done at another clinic. Buried-suture method + epicanthoplasty. But the line was set high, and the epicanthoplasty turned out nice and open too. To sum it up, wherever you go, I think it depends on the doctor’s skill... And the anesthetic injection is always the most painful part.
