My dark circles were severe, so I was debating whether to get fat repositioning or filler, and I went with filler haha. Surgery felt too scary. The effect shows right away, but the worry is how long it will last.. I'm going back for a touch-up in a few days, and this time I think I need to put a bit more in. It wore off fast
