<Before><After><After><After>It has been about 2 weeks since I had epicanthoplasty and buried-suture double eyelid surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. There is a little bruising, and some swelling still remains. After getting the stitches removed, my eyes became much more comfortable, and friends around me said the swelling is not that severe. At first, one side was very slightly more swollen, so I worried, “Is the symmetry off?” But just like it said in the surgery-day instructions, it was true that it can look that way because of differences in swelling, so there was no need to worry. I’m satisfied because my eyes look much more open and refreshed due to the epicanthoplasty. I think the swelling will go down quickly if I do warm/cold compresses more diligently.
