<Before><Before><Before><After><After><After>I had surgery on February 12, and the surgery was done with autologous costal cartilage. This was my third revision rhinoplasty. I know that the nose is the most important feature on the face, so I think I was really careful when choosing a hospital. The things I considered most important while visiting hospitals were: whether they specialize only in rhinoplasty, whether the doctor performing the surgery is a revision rhinoplasty specialist, and since each director has a different style they pursue, I checked what the doctor’s style was before visiting. I have rhinitis and allergies, so I only looked for true nose specialists who could operate on those together and received consultations. The reason I chose the clinic was that the director was really honest, and after accurately checking my condition, he could tell just by looking at my nose what problems there had been. The consultation was about 20 minutes. Since I was having revision surgery, I asked a lot of different questions, and he kindly explained everything, so I felt he was a real expert and proceeded right after the consultation. Since I was thinking this would be my final nose surgery, I visited about 30 places, and this was the last hospital I visited. After the consultation, I scheduled the surgery date right away, and the surgery was done with autologous costal cartilage. As for the nose shape, because my skin is thin, and my nose is small and short, I requested that they make it as high as possible. I also said to make it suit my face. The surgery ended quickly, and the hospital took good care of me after surgery, so recovery was fast. I’m on day 16 now, and the major swelling has all gone down, so it looks a little natural. As you can see from the photos, my facial image changed completely. The nasal bridge and nasal tip came alive clearly, and I changed into a very sophisticated look. I am truly extremely satisfied. There are many friends around me who had their noses done wrong, developed contracture, and suffered severe side effects, but after seeing my surgery, they made appointments at the hospital. I am really, really satisfied.. I am so grateful to the director, to the point that I can say he is my lifelong benefactor. I don’t think I need to touch my nose again now. I’m so satisfied, and I will always live with gratitude to the director. Thank you so much for performing the surgery beautifully.
