It’s been almost two months since I had the 3-part contouring I think the surgery went well. The shape came out pretty too But before surgery, my temples were really full, originally After surgery, my temples became deeply sunken;;;;;; The hospital told me to eat regular food But I’m still scared, so I’ve been on a liquid diet until now I bought instant porridge by the box and only eat porridge. Sometimes I eat bread too I looked online and they say if you don’t chew, that happens, and after 6 months? the temple area fills back in But I’m so scared to chew. I’m really afraid my cheeks will sag Even though I did have the surgery with fixation I’m going crazy
