I had buried suture double eyelid surgery 4 years ago at M Clinic in Gwangju. Even though it was buried suture, the swelling lasted a really long time, and the lines are uneven too I'm considering revision surgery. It became natural-looking after a year, but now, 4 years later, the fat in my eyelids has covered the double eyelid crease, so it became an inner double eyelid I guess buried suture is like that for everyone.
