3-Month Review of Implant-Free Nose Surgery

I had implant-free surgery, and the materials used were ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and postauricular fascia. Before surgery, the visible hump on my nasal bridge was slightly smoothed down, and postauricular fascia was used. The nose shape and nasal tip were shaped with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I’m now at the three-month mark, and the nasal tip is really holding up well. Honestly, after nose surgery, I’d heard that from 1 month to 3 months, the residual swelling all goes down and the nose gradually gets lower, so deep down, from the 1-month mark, I was already thinking, “Please don’t get any lower.” Thankfully? In the case of my nasal tip, it doesn’t look like it has drooped or anything. I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line somewhere between natural and naturally glamorous, and I wondered if wanting that with implant-free surgery was a bit too much, but after surgery, I think it came out in the nose shape I wanted Now that it’s been three months, the nasal tip is still defined, so I’m happy. Only my nose changed, but I like looking in the mirror now, and doing makeup has become exciting..  Everyone who had a complex, if you do it safely and in a way that doesn’t look obvious, I don’t think there’s much to worry about. I was like that too… If you have questions, ask me. I got a lot of help here too, and I’ll answer as much as I know!
