If there’s a lot of under-eye fat but severe sagging under the eyes, is lower blepharoplasty better than under-eye fat repositioning? Or does it depend on age? I’m curious! My friend has a lot of under-eye fat but also seems to have sagging.. She’s worried whether she can just look into under-eye fat repositioning like others, or whether she should also look into lower blepharoplasty.
안녕테드 People our age can just do under-eye fat repositioning. Upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty are done a lot by middle-aged people.

연화루 It differs by hospital. I had consultations at 6 places, and only 2 told me to do lower blepharoplasty, while 4 said lower blepharoplasty wasn’t necessary.
