Right after surgery, more than anything else, I was really worried because one side of my nose felt like something was blocked and I couldn’t breathe well. When I put a cotton swab in, I could breathe a little through the space around the swab, and it felt more blocked when inhaling than when exhaling. It didn’t suddenly open up dramatically; from around weeks 3 and 4, I gradually started breathing without even noticing it. When I’m staying still, I don’t notice the numb, tingling feeling either, and the area with that sensation is slowly shrinking toward the nasal tip. The nasal tip is still numb and tingly
