[Past history] - 2012: Incision on both eyes + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty - 2014: Lowering the line on the right side (incision) Even though my right eye had revision surgery, the line is still high. Because of the asymmetry between both eyes, my face looks dull and not defined. After ten years of being stressed whenever I looked at my eyes, I had more free time starting in February, so I’ve been going around for revision surgery consultations. But each clinic is split between incision vs two-line lowering, so I’m really torn Every doctor says something different, so I don’t know what criteria I should use to choose. I searched for tons of information, but I still don’t feel sure lol First, below are my consultation reviews. 1. ㅅㅅ Plastic Surgery - It was my first consultation, so I went without knowing much about revision surgery. Their blog had a lot of revision eye surgery cases, so I trusted them and booked a consultation. - Doctor consultation: They didn’t touch my eyes or ask me to close and open them. They didn’t really examine me properly and explained while looking at the photos taken. They didn’t give a professional explanation, and it felt like they were saying they would just do whatever the patient wanted. - When I asked if I should do the left eye too while I’m at it, they said I could if I wanted lol. After that, the other clinics said not to touch an eye that is fine. Left: upper canthoplasty, line adjustment Right: two-line lowering + upper canthoplasty - The cost was the most expensive among the four clinics. 2. ㅋㄹㅁ Plastic Surgery - Doctor consultation: Kind, and they assessed and explained the structure and appearance of my eyes. But the answers were vague. - They roughly told me the surgical direction, but said they could only know for sure after opening the eye in the operating room, so I didn’t feel confident - Right: recommended incision + ptosis correction 3. ㅇㅇㅍ Plastic Surgery - Doctor consultation: As soon as they came into the consultation room and saw my eyes, they said there was no need to do it. They said it wasn’t severe asymmetry, so was it really necessary to spend time and money on it? Still, when I said I wanted to do it, they had me close and open my eyes several times and looked at my eyes for quite a while. This place also explained the appearance of my eyes and told me the surgical direction. - Right: incision (When I asked about upper canthoplasty, they said there was no need. They said lowering the line and upper canthoplasty are unrelated.) - I have enough excess skin, so two-line lowering is not needed X 4. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ Plastic Surgery, female director - Doctor consultation: As soon as she saw my eyes, she diagnosed the surgical direction. It felt concise and professional. She explained in detail with drawings, so it was easy to understand. But she said the mm difference between both sides is quite large (left 6 mm, right 8.5 mm), so I need two-line lowering, not incision. - Right: two-line lowering + ptosis correction + fat lowering - Surprisingly, the price was the cheapest among the four clinics. But it’s not an eye-specialized clinic and feels factory-style, so I don’t really trust it... I trust the doctor, but I don’t trust the clinic system... I’m also worried because I don’t think the aftercare will be good either. (Among the clinics I visited, it had the most people, and both the staff and doctors felt mechanical.) That’s my consultation review so far, and I have a consultation booked at ㅇㄹ for early February. I wanted to get a consultation at Misoline too, but the timing doesn’t work out, so I don’t think I can go. I’m exhausted from going around to consultations, so I want to decide quickly now, but I’m really torn about the surgical method I was originally going to have revision surgery by incision at ㅇㅇㅍ, but after going to ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, I’m wondering if two-line lowering is the right choice... Incision involves cutting out skin, so if the surgery fails, I feel like it won’t be restorable. For people who had revision surgery, what method did you use?? Please give me some advice,,

으아아제발 I’m really not a broker or anything, I’m just saying this because your eyes look similar to mine before revision surgery. I was exactly your case, you know?? They weren’t eyes that absolutely needed revision surgery, but I personally was really bothered by them. One eye had a lower line and the other was high and sausage-like.. anyway I had revision surgery two weeks ago, and it was corrected exactly as much as I wanted. Both sides are symmetrical, natural, and the swelling went down really fast too. It was Director ㅇㅈㅍ at ㅌㅇㅅ Plastic Surgery. This place has a lot of doctors and is kind of large-scale, so you might feel uneasy, but when you actually go for a consultation, Director ㅇㅈㅍ is really kind, clearly catches what you’re worried about, and most importantly, has amazing aesthetic sense. Before surgery, he designed it for almost 20 minutes, and even after I lay down on the operating table, he designed it super meticulously for 20 minutes. After the surgery was all done, the director left saying in a relieved voice, “Ah~ it turned out cleanly and well~” I honestly liked it so much right after surgery.. Anyway, at least get a consultation. I’m really not a broker, I’m just genuinely recommending it, really

Others all say it’s fine, but I’ve been so stressed because of the uneven eyes And like you said, I’ve seen quite a few posts saying ㅌㅇㅅ is famous too, but I didn’t want to go to a large clinic, so ㅈㅇㅈㅇ was the only large-ish place I consulted at..!!
