I’m going around for consultations because I’m planning to have revision eye surgery, and most places say they’ll give an extra discount if I put down a deposit. But if I make a reservation and then want to have surgery somewhere else, can I cancel the reservation and get the full deposit refunded? My plan is to finish all the consultations and then have surgery right away at the hospital I like, but if deposits are refundable, I thought it might be good to reserve only two or three places I like.
하이ㅇ이 There’s basically no case where they refund the deposited amount as-is; they’ll either take a few percent off or not refund it at all You’ll have to switch it to a treatment instead.

노트북 I placed the deposit after checking the refund policy. At places with full refunds when canceling within the set period, I kept to the deadline and got my money back.

똘똘뭉쳐 I had that thought, too. If it’s not the one where you can clearly say, “This is it!!,” it’s better not to place a deposit From reviews, I found places that intentionally drag out the refund process and try not to give back the deposit.
