Last September, I had incisional double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, under-eye fat repositioning, and a little fat grafting to the aegyo-sal area. I was going to go for a semi-out line, but the director touched my eyelid with his fingers and said my skin and tissue were thicker than expected, so there was a chance it could loosen within a few years. So I just asked him to go ahead with an incision, remove the fat, and make the double eyelids as large as possible. I had only planned to get under-eye fat removal, but I thought wrinkles might form, so I was debating whether to get filler. Since filler has a limited duration and it would be annoying to keep going back for it, I asked them to put in only an amount that would look as natural as possible. When I close my eyes, I can still see a bit of scar wrinkling, but I’ve been getting laser treatment consistently and taking good care of it. I’m praying the scar improves more. My friend had blue bruising for over 2 weeks, but for me, the bruise turned yellow after just 3 days and disappeared before a week had passed, as if it had been erased with an eraser. I guess I’m the type who heals well from surgery. My orthodontic treatment will be finished soon, so I think I should get the filler I still want in my lips.
This is a surgery review that pursues a natural-yet-refined look.
