In the End

I'm on day 12 after surgery... It feels like almost all the swelling has gone down, but my nose is crooked.. lol If you look at my posts, it looked okay right after the splint was removed, you know? I liked the side profile too. But now... The nasal bridge seems okay, but when I look at the nasal tip and columella, it's bent to the left.. My nostrils were originally asymmetrical, so I thought that could be why, but ------------------------1/8 (edited)----------------------------- For now, I'm thinking about revision surgery as soon as 6 months have passed. When I went to the clinic on day 14, they said there was no bruising and that it looked like all the swelling had gone down. My nose shape is exactly like the photo I uploaded above. They put in some cartilage on the left nasal ala? area (to lower it so the nostril wouldn't show). Maybe because of that, the right side looks sunken in and crooked. I'm still satisfied with the side profile. I wanted something natural.

[@lifemilktea] When did you get it done? Mine looked crooked even before removing the splint, but now that I'm at 3 months, it does look less crooked from the front, though the columella is already crooked.... Ah, in the end I'll need a second revision surgery, and I'm worried..

[@lifemilktea] It’s been 2 weeks, and as the swelling goes down, it actually looks more crooked ^^ They say there can still be swelling, but when I touched it, it didn’t feel like swelling, and I could feel bone, so I think it’s just crooked haha
