They took fat from my arms and abdomen and put it into my breasts I didn’t have much attachment to my breasts, but they really don’t get as big as you might think lol If you want them to get a lot bigger, you definitely need implants Mine are about one cup bigger right now, but once the swelling goes down, maybe they’ll be half a cup bigger~
